Website Critique #1: In this video you see me suggest simple but powerful tweaks for a website!

In this website critique I did not find many problems.
These are the simple tweaks I suggested to do or issues to fix:
Duplicate keywords in the meta tag keyword.

The contact us page url is very long, it can be as simple as contact.html or support.html The shorter the easier for Google to index the page.

The biggest issue though was the navigation on the blog. The homepage has two links. One points to a blog and the other to contact us page. The blog is confusing, the top menu on the blog changes you don't see always the same menu when you click the links - this is very confusing to visitors.

Then I did recommend a technical fix. This is putting the archives in an archive folder and then blocking the archive folder with robots.txt file - to avoid duplicate content issues. I also recommended a plugin for Wordpress called SEO Meta tags. It allows you to add a meta tag description and keywords for your blog.

These are simple tweaks that the Onpage Optimization booklet in the SEO Booklets goes through very well. These not only help your site rankings (although very little) they also make your website easier to use by your visitors.
